
Hey! I’m Sam.
I founded berrie wellness co. in November 2021 as a safe and empowering coaching space designed to help women thrive. As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer, my mission is to help women finally get to the root of their gut and hormone issues—so they can stop guessing, stop settling, and start feeling like themselves again. Having experienced firsthand the debilitating symptoms associated with long-term hormonal birth control use (17 years to be exact), I understand the toll those mood swings, bloating, food intolerances, irregular periods, loss of libido and extreme fatigue can take on both physical and emotional well-being. Now, I guide women to heal from the inside out, rebuild their metabolism, and create a body they love living in.
In December 2023, I joined forces with The Blueprint, a team of functional health practitioners, so that I could provide my clients with even deeper, root cause-focused support. Now, Doctor of Integrative Medicine Andrew Shepherd, Clinical Nutritionist Specialist Christa Shepherd, and Gut Health Specialist Brandi Bradley are part of berrie wellness co. team, supporting you every step of the way.
Our approach is rooted in a deep understanding of women’s hormone health, gut health, and fat loss. We specialize in providing tailored guidance and support for women who are experiencing hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, or struggling to shed stubborn fat. We’re here to offer personalized strategies and compassionate coaching to help you feel your best.
